How many square mtrs does the £85 service fee include?
Our price includes treatment for a maximum of 15 square meters of artificial grass surface area. There is a cost per square metre thereafter but please contact us to get your bespoke quotation tailored to your garden and its needs. You can measure the area yourself or we can measure it for you during our service.
How do we figure out how many square metres we have?
Since we charge by the square metre, we can measure this for you. The math is simple for most jobs, so we will figure it out prior to performing the service and will charge accordingly. Alternatively, measure the length of the artificial grass in meters and then the width in meters and multiply the 2 numbers (Example: 5m long x 3m wide = 15 square meters)

What areas do you service?
We are based in Sheerness, Kent but service all of Kent from our head office. We also have other affiliates we are partnering with to cover the entire of the United Kingdom.
How often do I need service?
Every customer is different but with over ten years of artificial grass cleaning experience, we know that with one dog your artificial grass system may need to be cleaned up to 4 times a year. Many customers start with a quarterly service and adjust from there. For multiple dogs, we recommend a monthly cleaning service to maintain a clean artificial grass and garden area. Don’t forget our loyalty scheme – where booking regular cleaning visits saves you money.
Do we need to be at home for service?
You do not. We would prefer you are home for the first service but after you sign up for our Clean Green Grass program our system will automatically schedule future services depending on your personal preference of being at home or not. We will just need access to your garden / grass area and the use of an outside tap and electric supply.
Who carries out the work and cleaning?
We have our own in-house Clean Green Grass professionals. Each technician has many years of experience in the artificial grass industry and has been specially trained in our processes to confidently address any artificial grass concerns.
How long do I have to wait after application to use the garden?
After your initial application the enzymes are working hard. We do recommend you leave using the area for 30 minutes and sufficient drying time.

I need to clean indoor artificial grass, how do I do that?
Cleaning indoor artificial grass is a little different in its application but the concept is the same. Customers who use our products indoors will use a pump sprayer to avoid over-saturating the artificial grass. Often, indoor applications do not have the drainage to accommodate a hose and the associated run offs that come with that method of cleaning. Whatever your grass installation
Does vinegar work to remove the smell?
No, we don’t recommend this at all or know how or why this urban legend has gained momentum. We also do not recommend the use of bleach, washing up liquid, household detergent or any other chemical as these products can damage your grass and its backing which will degrade and break in time – more importantly it can harm your pets and to your family.

Are the GreenBlade products harmful to humans or pets?
GreenBlade is made with all-naturally occurring bacteria and there are no genetically modified organisms (GMO) in our products. GreenBlade products are completely safe for people who use the product, safe for animals and pets and safe for the environment. A comprehensive list of safety information can be found on the reverse of the product labels. We do recommend taking commonsense safety precautions and keeping the product away from children and to ensure that all lids / caps are secured tightly.
Is GreenBlade a true “Green Product”?
Yes. The GreenBlade products are an all-natural microbial enzymatic artificial grass cleaner that provides cleaning and odour control by consuming and degrading the waste that causes the odours. The residue left behind is simply a small amount of carbon dioxide and water, which will evaporate, leaving your grass surface, backing and sub-base odour-free.
Since Green Guard, Cleanse and Active Max artificial grass cleaning microbes are so efficient at consuming and degrading organic waste, they will out-compete the harmful pet bacteria on the surface, causing them to die. The only residues left are completely safe for humans and pets.
Are GreenBlade products safe and have they been tested?
GreenBlade products are manufactured in a facility with very tight controls and stringent tests are incorporated into the production process to ensure that the products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
The products are PH neutral and have been manufactured to BS EN 1276 giving you complete peace of mind.
